2. Walk
Although tiring, you will gain great benefits from the familiar walk away. Researchers University of Pittsburgh Medical Center found that people aged over 65 years that runs at speeds of at least 2.5 miles per hour could live longer than those who do not. Plus burn extra fat and calories.

3. Breakfast
Breakfast is likened to fuel your body. ”Those who are accustomed to breakfast tend to have more slender bodies than those who used to miss it and just eat lunch,” says nutritionist Dawn Jackson Blatner.
