“Prefrontal cortec, areas important for processing information, optimally designed to do one thing at a time,” explained Adam Gazzaley, MD, director of the Neuroscience Imaging Center, University of California, San Francisco.
Dr Gazzaley suggest, if your work demands high performance and concentration, then take away other things that disturb. Way, turn off social networking sites, e-mail, or turn off the phone. Of course if your job has nothing to do with the function of this tool.
