The news comes from two reliable sources. One of them says that Facebook plans to buy Skype with a price range between U.S. $ 3 billion – U.S. $ 4 billion.
Skype IPO is postponed until the middle of this year, reportedly will only be able to raise fresh funds of ranged U.S. $ 1 billion .
Meanwhile, Reuters sources said the talks between the two leads to the formation of joint ventures, rather than acquisitions.
